Departure check out inspection
Coordination to turn off lights, A/C, ceiling fans, report of lost and found objects and closure of residence.

 

Monthly (Standard) or Weekly (Premium) detailed walk-through home inspections
Complete and thourogful home inspections. A complete report is sent to the homeowner after the inspection that includes pictures of the home .

 

Maintenance services
Bahia Management created a comprensive and complete Preventive Maintenance program for your type of home. Your Property Manager will discuss with you what are your home maintenance needs and set up proper maintenance accordingly.

Coordination of all repairs and maintenance and facilitation in order to provide access, monitoring work and closure of residence.

 

Supervision of the maintenance programs:

· Check gardening, landscape and irrigation in coordination with the Landscaping company.

· Preventive Maintenance for A/C system, houshold appliances, pumps, filters, switches, valves, lighting, electrical systems, and plumbing.

· Supervision of the basic Pool/Jacuzzi maintenance

*Maintenance service fees, supplies and small parts are not included in the Management Service.

 

Cleaning services
Supervision of the basic cleaning service: straighten residence, make beds (change linens on bed upon request), clean kitchen counters and stove top, put dishes in dishwasher, sweep and mop floors, clean bathtubs, showers, toilets.

· Shower Valves cleaning as needed.

*Cleaning service fees not included as part of the Management fee, these services are charged separately . These services can be paid through your Bahia Management—Property Management account or paid by Credit Card.

Golf Cart Rental – Prefer to have a golf cart to travel about the villages? Let us know and we will arrange a rental for you.

Pre-Arival Grocery Shopping– Bahia Management can assist you with stocking your kitchen pantry and refrigerator prior to your arrival, or anytime throughout your stay. Simply provide us with your grocery list and we will do the shopping for you
